Our most recent Gender Pay Gap report is now available on the government website.
The report shows that our gender pay gap is 0.6%, Our median gender pay gap figure is 0.8%, which is seen as a more accurate measure of a typical employee. This means for every £1 a man earns in the organisation, a woman earns just over 99p.
There is no change to these figures from the previous year.
