Cloverleaf Proudly Retains North Advocacy Service for the 19th Year Running

Published: 13/01/2026

We are delighted to announce that Cloverleaf has successfully retained the contract to deliver statutory advocacy services in North Yorkshire for the 19th year running. The contract is initially for three years, with the opportunity to extend for a further four years.

Our North Yorkshire Advocacy Service supports people when they find it difficult to express their views, ensuring their voices are heard and that decisions about their lives are never made without their involvement.

Cloverleaf has proudly delivered various levels of advocacy services in North Yorkshire for nearly two decades. We currently provide Care Act, Independent Mental Health (IMHA), Independent Mental Capacity (IMCA), Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR), DoLS Independent Mental Capacity (DoLS IMCA), and Independent Health Complaints (ICHA) advocacy.

The contract will also enable Cloverleaf to deliver advocacy to people who are ordinarily residents in North Yorkshire, but reside in the Tees Valley, further extending access to independent support.

Suzi Henderson, CEO of Cloverleaf Advocacy, said: “At Cloverleaf, we believe everyone has the right to speak up for themselves, particularly when decisions affect their health, care, and wellbeing. We understand that this isn’t always easy, and that’s where advocacy makes a vital difference.

We are delighted to have retained our North Yorkshire Advocacy Service. This new contract reinforces our long-standing commitment to delivering high-quality advocacy and ensuring everyone can truly ‘be heard’ across North Yorkshire. By 2027, we will proudly celebrate 20 years of dedicated service in the region.”
