Why join our Board
Our current board has a dynamic mix of skills and experiences, including valuable lived experiences. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working at a senior level in the private, public or charity sector, or who have experience in influencing/campaigning.
We welcome applications and interest from people with lived experience of drawing on social care and health services. Your unique insights will add significant value to our work, helping us better understand and meet the needs of those we support.

What we look for in our Trustees
We want Trustees who are passionate about developing services that promote choice and control for people. They should be concerned about the future of health and care, dedicated to their local community, and committed to supporting the charity sector through times of change. Additionally, they should be eager to understand and improve the services we provide.
As a Trustee, we ask you to attend meetings every two to three months, review and respond to minutes, reports, and financial statements, and occasionally meet with staff and visit our services. You will also represent Cloverleaf at meetings and network events, and advocate for Cloverleaf, promoting our mission within your networks.

Support and expenses
While the role is unpaid, we cover reasonable expenses. You will receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing support from fellow Board members.
