What we do

We’re proud of our dedicated, hardworking team. Even as we’ve grown into a larger organisation, we’ve kept the close-knit, collaborative spirit of our early days—where everyone works together with a shared sense of purpose and passion.

At Cloverleaf, we encourage and support our colleagues to have real autonomy and freedom in their roles. We want our people to feel confident to try new things, learn from their mistakes, and play an active role in shaping our organisation. It’s this supportive and empowering environment that makes Cloverleaf a truly great place to work.

We welcome employees from all backgrounds and with different types of knowledge, skills and experience.

What’s in it for you?

Flexible working

We understand how important work-life balance is, and we’re committed to helping our team maintain it. That’s why we offer flexible working as standard, giving you the freedom to shape your schedule around what works best for you — whether it’s adjusting your hours, working remotely, or finding a balance that fits your personal and professional life.

Holiday allowance

We offer a minimum of 28 days’ annual leave, plus eight statutory/bank holiday days, a full day of birthday leave (within two weeks of your birthday), and a wellbeing day.

Family-friendly policies

We understand that many of our employees have commitments outside of work and may need flexibility around this, therefore we have many flexible family policies in place such as carers leave and parental leave.

Competitive salaries

We offer competitive salaries and run a contributory pension scheme.

Work perks

We offer an excellent employee discounts programme, as well as free healthcare (such as eye tests) for all employees after two years of service.

We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity, celebrating and valuing diversity, ensuring our staff are truly representative of the communities we serve. We welcome all applications irrespective of people’s race, disability, sex, sexual orientation, religion or belief, age, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity.

Cloverleaf Advocacy is a Disability Confident Employer. We will invite applicants with a disability who meet the essential criteria of the Person Specification to interview.
