Talking Lincs
Talking Lincs supports people with learning disabilities to have their voices heard within the local community. We run regular self-advocacy groups across North Lincolnshire and host special events focused on topics that matter most to people, like friendships and relationships.
We work closely with the NHS, the Council, and other partners to explore ways we can make positive changes. Our discussions focus on what’s important to individuals and what’s happening in the local area.
Self-advocates also represent these voices at the Learning Disability Partnership Board, sharing concerns and ideas to help drive meaningful change.
