Caring for a loved one is rewarding, but it can also be financially demanding. From household bills to weekly food shops, the cost of living continues to rise—and we know this adds extra pressure for many carers.
To support carers with these costs, Cloverleaf are pleased to announce that our Barnsley Carers Service has been awarded £10,000 to provide food vouchers to unpaid carers in Barnsley.
Not only does this provide practical help to unpaid carers, it goes just a small way to recognising the hard work they do – for free – to help family members, friends or neighbours live better lives.
Funding has been made possible through Barnsley Council and the Department of Works and Pensions (DWP) as part of the Household Support Fund, and we would like to thank them for their support.
