Lead the Way

 

Who might need this: Lead the Way is a service for adults living in Calderdale who have a learning disability and their family carers.

 

We can provide 1:1 information and advice about any matter relating to learning disabilities. We can also signpost you to local and national support services.

 

Our groups and events can help you to get involved in health and wellbeing activities while making new friends.
