Safe Places Schemes

 

Who might need this: anyone living in Kirklees or Barnsley who might feel scared or vulnerable when they are out.

 

Safe Places is a scheme that provides places you can go if you need help to contact a friend or carer when you are in public and feel unsafe.

 

A Safe Place is a shop, business or public building that has signed up to Safe Places. They will have a Safe Place sticker in their window. 

 

A Safe Place should have a quiet area for you to sit. 

 

Cloverleaf works with local business and organisation to help them be part of the scheme. We train their staff to be able to help you contact the people you need.
