Cloverleaf Advocacy wins bid to provide the NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) in Oldham

We are delighted to confirm that Cloverleaf Advocacy has successfully won the tender to provide the NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy Service (ICAS) in Oldham. 

 

Commencing on the 1st of June, 2022, the initial contract will run for three years with an additional option to extend for up to four further years.  

 

This successful bid takes Cloverleaf's ICAS tally to six across the North of England. Each of which delivers independent, confidential, and free support to raise and resolve problems, concerns, or complaints about NHS services - including Doctors, Dentists, hospitals, and ambulance services. 

 

Our Oldham team will also be on hand to assist people to develop the skills and confidence to advocate for themselves, providing information and guidance through a self-advocacy toolkit.
