New Lead the Way website launched for Calderdale

Cloverleaf Advocacy is pleased to be able to launch a brand-new service website today for the Lead The Way community service.
The team, which services the Calderdale local authority areas, has worked together closely with their groups and family carers over the past few months.
The input from the people they support and feedback gained has helped shape this useful resource, which aims to support adults with learning disabilities - and their carers - who live in Calderdale and signpost them to other services and relevant information.
