Safeguarding week 2022
Safeguarding week returns for the sixth year in 2022, and takes place between June 20-24.
Local partnership boards and multi-agency services across the regions we cover are working together to promote a variety of key safeguarding topics to help increase awareness of safeguarding issues among people working within agencies and services, the communities we support and the general public.
We all play a role in keeping people safe and it’s vitally important to have a week of concentrated activity to bring people together, learn, share good practices and highlight the importance of safeguarding.

There's a packed week of events being delivered through a virtual conference run by North Yorkshire Police & the North Yorkshire Safeguarding Adults Board for both members of the public and professionals.
