It’s a chilly and icy mid-January day and the excitement and joy of the festive season and Spring are both distant memories.  

 

It can be hard to find the energy and momentum to bounce out of bed and ‘seize the day’ and seemingly more so today than any other day, with January 17th officially being dubbed ‘Blue Monday’.  

 

So, in an effort to turn that Monday loathe into Monday love, we asked some of our Cloverleaf colleagues to share their best self-care tips and affirmations to add a spring back into our step...
